License Agreement Has Been Entered into with Eyestem Research Private Limited

We have executed a non-exclusive license agreement with Eyestem Research Private Limited (Bengaluru, India) for the use of iPS cell-derived retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cell products for regenerative therapy under the patents on iPS cell related technologies licensed to us by Kyoto University.
