License Agreement Has Been Entered into with Meatable BV

We have executed a non-exclusive license agreement with Meatable BV (Delft, Netherlands) for allowing the manufacture and sale of cultured meat consisting of iPSC-derived differentiated cells under the patents on iPSC related technologies licensed to us by Kyoto University.
