License Agreement Has Been Entered into with Heartseed Inc.

We have executed a worldwide non-exclusive license agreement with Heartseed Inc. (Tokyo, Japan) for allowing them to provide iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes as user's non-clinical research tool under the patents on iPS cell technologies licensed to us by Kyoto University.
