License Agreement Has Been Entered into with NEXEL Co., Ltd.

We have entered into a non-exclusive license agreement with NEXEL Co., Ltd. (South Korea), under which NEXEL Co., Ltd. is allowed to sell iPS cell-derived cells for research under the iPS cell-related patents that have been sublicensed to us by Kyoto University.
