License agreement with iPierian,Inc

A non-exclusive license agreement was concluded with iPierian,Inc (South San Francisco, U.S.A. Mr. Michael C. Venuti, Ph.D , President and CEO) as of Jan 27, 2011, on the basic patents related to the iPS cell technology which we have been granted a licensing right by Kyoto University.
