Second License Agreement with a Foreign Company

A worldwide nonexclusive license agreement has been concluded with Axiogenesis AG in Germany (Kӧln; CEO, Mr. Heribert Bohlen) as of July 30, 2010, on the basic patent and others on which Professor Shinya Yamanaka, M.D., Ph.D., is an inventor and for which we have been granted a sublicensing right by Kyoto University.

This is the first license agreement concluded with a European company, following the preceding overseas agreement concluded with CDI Inc. in the United States in May of this year.
