Title of Invention | VIRUS-LIKE PARTICLES AND USE THEREOF |
Abstract | Provided is a virus-like particle (VLP) encapsulating a target protein and containing a Gag protein that forms a dimer with the target protein. In a preferred embodiment, either the Gag protein or the target protein is a fusion protein with FK-506 binding protein (FKBP12) and the other is a fusion protein with FKBP12-rapamycin associated protein 1, FRAP1 fragment (FRB), wherein FKBP12 and FRB are bound with rapamycin or a rapamycin derivative in the said dimer. |
