| Abstract | The invention provides a method for selecting neural progenitor cells, comprising steps of introducing into the cells a mRNA (miRNA switch) in which a sequence recognized by a miRNA expressed in the neural progenitor cells and a sequence encoding a marker protein is functionally linked (or a DNA that encodes said mRNA) and selecting the cells in which the expression of said marker protein is suppressed. |
