According to the invention, neural crest cells (NCC) can be produced from pluripotent stem cells in a short period of time with high efficiency. The resulting NCCs can be used to efficiently produce differentiated cells such as neurons, melanoblasts, and mesenchymal stem cells, which is expected to make a significant contribution to medical care, particularly regenerative medicine in the field of oral surgery. It is expected to be useful for regenerative medicine cells and various drug discovery tests. |
