| Title of Invention | Immune cell induced from iPS cell |
| Abstract | The invention relates to immune cells induced from iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cells), which express cell surface molecules reactive to tumor-associated antigens and interleukin 15 (IL-15), a method for producing the cells, a pharmaceutical containing the cells, a killing agent for cells expressing tumor-associated antigens and a preventive or therapeutic agent for cancer in a mammal that contains the cells, and a method for preventing or treating cancer in a mammal, which comprises administering an effective amount of the cells. |
| Comments |
The invention can induce the differentiation of functional cytotoxic T cells from iPS cells. Medicines containing the cells of the present invention or agents for killing cells expressing tumor-associated antigens are useful for the prevention or treatment of cancer. |
