Title of Invention Immune cell induced from iPS cell
Abstract

The invention relates to immune cells induced from iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cells), which express cell surface molecules reactive to tumor-associated antigens and interleukin 15 (IL-15), a method for producing the cells, a pharmaceutical containing the cells, a killing agent for cells expressing tumor-associated antigens and a preventive or therapeutic agent for cancer in a mammal that contains the cells, and a method for preventing or treating cancer in a mammal, which comprises administering an effective amount of the cells.

Comments

The invention can induce the differentiation of functional cytotoxic T cells from iPS cells. Medicines containing the cells of the present invention or agents for killing cells expressing tumor-associated antigens are useful for the prevention or treatment of cancer.
