Abstract

・Invention related to the method for producing an iPS cell efficiently, comprising the step of introducing 3 genes (Oct family gene, Klf famil gene and Sox family gene) into the somatic cell.
・Invention relating to the method for producing an iPS cell efficiently, comprising the step of introducing 2 genes (either a combination of Oct family genes and Sox family genes or that of Oct family genes and Klf family genes) and at least one gene selected from 3 genes (L-Myc, Sall1 and Sall4) into the somatic cell.
