| Abstract | Provided is a method of differentiating human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into neural crest stem cells (NCSCs) comprising steps of culturing hPSCs with at least two agents selected from the group consisting of a ROCK inhibitor, a GSK-3 inhibitor, an ALK receptor inhibitor and a BMP receptor inhibitor, wherein the differentiated NCSCs express at least one neural crest cell marker of differentiation selected from the group consisting of PAX3, P75, NGFR, SOX10, FOXD3, NESTIN, SNAI2, Ki67 and HNK-1, and at least one marker of pluripotency selected from the group consisting of NANOG, ZNF206, and OCT4. |
