| Abstract | Provided is a cell culture media composition for converting non-naive pluripotent stem cells into naive iPSCs which comprises a cocktail of compounds from each of the following groups: (1)cytokine, (2)GSK inhibitor, (3)ERK1/2 inhibitor, (4)JNK inhibitor, (5)bFGF, and (6)MAPK inhibitor in amounts effective to reprogram non-naive cells into TGFβ independent naive iPSCs. |
