| Abstract | This invention relates to a compound (a retinoic acid receptor agonist, a PI3K inhibitor, or an IDH1 inhibitor) which activates cell cycle and thereby increases propagation efficiency of cardiomyocytes that may be derived from iPS cells, and a propagation method using the compound thereof. In a preferred embodiment, the compound is tamibarotene (AM80: retinoic acid receptor agonist). |
