| Abstract | The present invention provides a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for ALS that comprises an Src/c-Abl pathway inhibitor. The present inventors found that the Src/c-Abl kinase pathway is a potential therapeutic target of ALS through screening of a chemical library of known compounds on an assay with motor neurons differentiated from SOD1-related ALS patient-derived iPS cells. |
