| Abstract | Provided is a method for producing well-functioning helper T cells comprising steps of; (i) culturing T cells that have been induced from pluripotent stem cells and have had CD4 gene or the product of said gene introduced thereinto in a medium containing IL-2 and IL-15, and (ii) selecting those T cellsthat have high levels of CD40L expression from the cells obtained in (i). |
