| Abstract | This invention provides an RNA probe for detection of a pre-miRNA interacting with any arbitrary protein, which contains following sequences: (i) complementary strand to DNA bar-code sequence, (ii) sequence of first stem portion, (iii) sequence of a second stem portion that is complementary to the first stem portion, to hybridize with the first stem portion and form a double-strand stem, and (iv) the sequence of a loop portion that concatenates the first and second stem portions, which may contain a loop portion of a pre-miRNA that interacts with the protein. |
