License Agreement Has Been Entered with Tokyo Women's Medical University (TWMU)

We have executed an exclusive license-in agreement with TWMU as to their technologies under the patent application “METHOD FOR REDUCING PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELL POPULATION HAVING REDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS (Inventors: MATSUURA Katsuhisa and others)”. The technology, which reduces the number of pluripotent stem cells in a cell population mixed with differentiated cells by culturing the cell population at a higher temperature for a period of time, provides a simple and non-invasive way useful in preparing a safe and high-quality iPSC-derived differentiated cell populations in research use and regenerative medicine fields.
