License Agreement Has Been Entered with Newcells Biotech

We executed a non-exclusive license agreement with Newcells Biotech Limited which provides iPS cells and iPS cell derived cells for research use, on the patents related to iPS cells technology which we have been granted a sublicensing right from Kyoto University.
