License agreement with Cell Therapy Catapult

A non-exclusive license agreement concluded with Cell Therapy Catapult, which is focused on the development of the UK cell therapy industry, on the patents related to iPS cell technology which we have been granted a sublicensing right from Kyoto University, the license permitting distribution of iPS cells for use in research and clinical trials.
