License agreement with Univercell-Biosolutions S.A.S

iPS Academia Japan Inc. has concluded a worldwide non-exclusive license agreement with Univercell-Biosolutions S.A.S under the basic patents related to the iPS cell technology which we have been granted a licensing right by Kyoto University.
This license agreement enables Univercell-Biosolutions S.A.S to provide iPS cell derived cardiac cells to the pharmaceutical industry as a research tool. This is the third license agreement concluded with European companies in the field of research tool, following the preceding license agreements concluded with other German and French companies.
