First License Agreement with a Foreign Company

A nonexclusive license agreement has been concluded with Cellular Dynamics International, Inc. (Abbr. CDI Inc.) (Madison, Wisconsin, U.S.A.; Chairman & CEO, Mr. Robert Palay) as of May 6, 2010, on the basic patent and others on which Professor Shinya Yamanaka, M.D., Ph.D., is an inventor and for which we have been granted a sublicensing right by Kyoto University.
