Title of Invention | Induced pluripotent stem cell selection method and method for inducing differentiation to blood cells |
Abstract | Provided is a method for selecting iPS cells of a high capability to differentiate into blood cells on the basis of expression levels of one or more genes selected from a group consisting of TRIM58, CTSF, FAM19A5, and TCERGIL genes, or DNA methylation statuses of TRIM58, CSMD1 and/or FAM19A5 genes. Also provided is a method for producing hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells by culturing the iPS cell in the presence of IGF2. |
