Abstract | Provided is a method for inducing primed pluripotent stem cells into naive pluripotent stem cells by the addition of an AMP kinase activator into a culture medium and a method for inducing primed pluripotent stem cells into naive pluripotent stem cells, that includes a step in which the primed pluripotent stem cell p38 MAP kinase pathway is activated. Also provided are a naive pluripotent stem cell induction kit for these methods and a naive pluripotent stem cell inducing agent. |
