Abstract | Provided is a device that estimates tissue high-dimension information comprising (i) an acquisition unit that acquires expression level information that includes the expression level of the genes included in each of a plurality of groups into which biological tissue is divided, (ii) an extraction unit that extracts expression level information of a prescribed gene from among the genes for which expression level information was acquired by the acquisition unit, preferably by using Gene Ontology Browser, and (iii) a calculation unit that calculates the three-dimensional position of each group of the biological tissue, on the basis of the expression level information of the gene extracted by the extraction unit. This invention enables an efficient estimation of tissue high-dimension information based on individual cell information without using any marker genes. |
