| Abstract | Provided is a method for DNA methylation analysis using bisulfite conversion, wherein the yield of a DNA sample that can be amplified by PCR is effectively increased by treating the DNA sample fragmented after bisulfite conversion with a single-stranded DNA ligase. This rescue method is considered useful especially in case of a small amount of DNA sample in such as a single-cell analysis. |
