Abstract

This invention relates to a human pluripotent or multipotent stem cell generated by a method comprising forcing expression of an Oct3/4 polypeptide, a Sox2 polypeptide, and a Klf4 polypeptide in a human postnatal cell. The invention also relates to the methods for generating such human stem cells, methods for using such stem cells, and related compositions.
